The Core

CrowdHouse Energy has been a tenant at The Core since late 2022. We chose this workspace as our base of operations primarily because of its ideal location. Situated in the heart of Newcastle city centre, The Core offers a convenient and efficient commute for our employees and provides a practical and accessible venue for client meetings.

The facilities at The Core are exceptionally well maintained. The cleaning staff do an outstanding job of keeping the space inviting and tidy, creating a positive environment that enhances our productivity and the quality of our work.

One of my personal favourite aspects of The Core and the wider Helix, is that sense of community, feeling as though you belong here, surrounded by like minded professionals from a diverse array of industry sectors, experience and turnover. Together we’re stronger and the support network that has been built here, enables those based here to draw on much needed support during the tough times and celebrate each other’s successes

The CORE is very well maintained in terms of general cleanliness and if something isn’t working, as soon as it’s reported they are on the case. It has great toilet/shower facilities and large communal kitchen spaces for when you need a break from the office.
